East Allen Township Fire Department
In the early 2000’s we recognized we were outgrowing the 1979 fire station. We began to explore potential options of a new fire station or renovate and add on to the original fire station. It was decided to renovate and add on to the 1979 fire station, as it was the most cost effective option. In 2002 construction started and in 2005 the newly renovated fire station was dedicated and fully operational. Since then we’ve made additional improvements such as: motion sensor LED lighting, upgraded fire alarm system, dedicated gear washing room, training props, new SCBA compressor, and SCBA fill station.
